I believe it all starts with the heart. We fall for ideas, nurture them with dedication and care, then send them into the world — hoping they’ll make it a little more human.

It’s more than creativity. It’s empathy. It’s people. It’s a mirror to who we are. It’s an approach I’ve carried throughout my 18+ years — building brands, leading teams, and shaping work that resonates across Brazil and the US, in both consumer and healthcare advertising.

This philosophy is what drives my work today as a Creative Director at AREA 23 /New York, one of the world’s most awarded agencies. I co-lead projects across clients and special initiatives, pushing concepts, visual language and art direction to new places. That dedication has helped drive four straight Cannes Lions Healthcare Agency of the Year titles (22/23/24/25).

Before that, I spent nearly six years at Tech and Soul in São Paulo, growing the agency from a coworking room into a 100-person powerhouse. As Group Creative Director, I led a team of 15, developing campaigns for Dove, Uber, Unilever, Mitsubishi, C6 Bank and more. By our third year, we’d earned 7 Cannes Lions and were named the second Independent Agency of the Year at Cannes (2019) and Small Agency of the Year by AdAge (2020).

Over my career, I’ve been fortunate to earn 18 Cannes Lions (including a Glass Lion), along with recognition from D&AD, One Show, Clio and others. But real success happens inside the room: teams shaping ideas side by side, always pushing each brief further than anyone thought possible.

Besides advertising, I’m an illustrator, design thinker, ex-goalkeeper, boxer-in-training and devoted dog parent. Always curious. Always experimenting. Always ready to fall in love with the next idea.

And it all comes back to that: creativity is indeed an act of love.
